You hire the Harley and plan the day yourself. No group, no guide, no return time set by anyone else. There are four iconic models to choose from, and collection and return both happen at our office in Las Americas in the south of Tenerife.<\/p>\n
The rate includes the motorcycle together with insurance and full gear<\/strong>: helmet, jacket and gloves. Every bike has side panniers, so jackets and personal items do not have to travel on your back.<\/p>\n If you are taking a passenger, there is no extra charge for them<\/strong>. The comfortable pillion seat is free, and so is their gear.<\/p>\n The four models are the SPORT GLIDE 1800 cc<\/strong>, DYNA STREET BOB 1700 cc<\/strong>, SOFT TAIL 1900 cc<\/strong> and ROADKING 1800 cc<\/strong>. The daily rate falls the longer you keep the bike. For 1 to 2 days the price runs from 170 to 190 euros a day depending on the model, and from 9 days upwards it drops to between 130 and 140 euros a day.<\/p>\n Fuel is not included. You return the motorcycle with the same amount of fuel it had when you collected it.<\/p>\n It suits riders who use a motorcycle at home and want to carry that habit into their holiday. Tenerife has the roads for it: the switchbacks of the Teno mountains, the run through Teide National Park and the routes along both coasts.<\/p>\n The hire conditions are firm. You must be at least 25 and have held a category A licence for a minimum of 2 years<\/strong>, and you must carry the physical document with you. A scan on your phone is not enough. If you have never handled a heavy motorcycle, this is not the place to learn.<\/p>\n A one-day hire means from 9:30 to 18:00<\/strong>. You collect and return the bike at our office in Las Americas, and we send the exact location once the booking and details are settled.<\/p>\n Before we hand the bike over we sign a rental agreement, exactly as with a car hire, so we will need your details. We use them only for that rental. We also take a 50 euro deposit per motorcycle<\/strong>, refunded on return. The renter is responsible for any traffic offences committed during the hire.<\/p>\n Your ticket with the details arrives by email within 24 hours of booking.
