What is inside
The plan is set out day by day. Each day is a specific route rather than a list of sights for you to sort out yourself. You know which part of the island you are heading to, what is worth stopping for on the way and in what order to do it, so you never drive the same stretch twice.
Alongside that there are places to eat that we have tested ourselves, the ones we keep going back to rather than the first results in a search. Beaches get their own section, including the ones the guidebooks skip, because the prettiest spots on Tenerife are rarely the busiest.
Who this is for (and who it is not)
It is a good choice if you are flying to Tenerife for the first time, you have a week and you would rather not spend three evenings reading travel forums before you go. It also works for people who like having a plan in their pocket without having to build it.
If you already know the island inside out, or you prefer to travel with no plan and decide over morning coffee, this will not add much. It is written for someone who would rather be handed the answer.

The plan runs over seven days, but nothing stops you from taking only part of it, changing the order or spreading it across a longer stay.
